Shipping policy

• All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

• Standard processing time for hair orders is 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

• No address changes can be made once your order has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping details, including apartment numbers or additional information, before completing your purchase.

• If your billing and shipping address do not match, you will be required to provide a photo ID for verification before your order is processed.

• Once USPS receives your package, we are no longer responsible or liable for delivery. For any shipping issues, please contact your local USPS office directly.

• Route protection is automatically added to all orders. If you choose to opt out, your package will not be covered if it is lost or stolen.
